The Alice

I had the pleasure of visiting The Alice recently and was absolutely blown away by the experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, a true reflection of the classic London pub culture. What set this visit apart was the exceptional service provided by a phenomenally handsome Brazilian looking gentleman. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly enriched our evening. Now, onto the food - the pepperoni pizza was nothing short of a culinary delight. The crust was perfectly crisp, and the balance of cheese and pepperoni was spot on, each bite was a taste of heaven. It's evident that The Alice takes pride in serving high-quality, delicious food. Between the fantastic service and the scrumptious food, The Alice has definitely become a favorite spot of mine in London. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their offerings. Five stars well deserved!

Great atmosphere, very relaxed. The staff here were fantastic. One of the managers, Gary, was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Didn't catch the name of the other two members of staff but they were all great. Food service was speedy and good food. Going here was a great end to a good holiday in London. Thank you very much.

Went for drinks after work with my colleagues. The pub was nice, had a low key upmarket atmosphere (too posh/glitzy for my personal tastes, I prefer cosier more down to earth venues, less shiny copper and neon etc). I didn't order from the bar as it wasn't my round but the service seemed acceptable as far as I found tell. I was happy that there was at least two ales available, though more is always better! I added photos already Google, stop asking!

A fine modern bar/pub/kitchen, nestled at the bottom of an office block in houndsditch. A big place with loads of tables, geared towards feeding burgers, pizza and subs. All looks good. A number of keg beers available along with two casks currently on offer, a third is waiting in the wings. Fast polite service with a lovely cold beer the result. Love the bar, all the filing cabinets from upstairs! A good stop for lunch or just a chat over a beer or wine.
