Having arrived in Greenwich for a walk, we decide to go into Franco Manca for a quick lunch. I have to say that the pizza was very good, but the service received from Luca was even better! Luca was very attentive with our requests and very warm. My whole family felt like they were at home!

Wonderful pizza's, not too expensive for the area. Service was as normal, one of the girls took a really long time to get back to us, she also wasn't wearing the uniform like others were, but that's okay. Atmosphere was very nice, it was nicely busy very casual place for young and old.

This is a story of redemption and second chances, that we should all have in life! I’ve been an assiduous Franco Manca customer for years. My favourite pizza has always been number 4: roasted cured ham, mozzarella, ricotta & wild mushrooms, with a little tomato. I always order it, and obviously I have quite clear expectations about it. Recently, I placed an order on Deliveroo and was a little disappointed with what I received, so I wrote to the management, explaining why I felt the pizza wasn’t quite up to standard that day. They took my feedback very seriously, answered my email right the next day, and offered me a voucher to make up for it. When I went to restaurant, I ordered the same pizza and it was absolutely perfect! Although it was a super busy night, the management took the time to come to my table and thanked me for my feedback. I believe the respect for the customers is as important if not more than the quality of the food, and the team at Franco Manca showed that they really care about us. Best of luck guys!
