We settled in for a roast, with our dog, hugely friendly and welcoming staff, great vibe and options of seating. Food was great. We'll be back

I've been in CPT before, but this was the first time I've eaten here. We had a steak sharing platter, which was great. Service was also very good and our waiter recommended some nice wine to go with it.
We ate inside, but I'd recommend trying to get a spot in the beer garden.

Overall was a good experience. The only inconvenience was it took a while to initially be served and had to go to the bar to request for the table to be cleaned and to get a menu.
Starters:
We had the calamari and the buttermilk chicken to start which were nice however the calamari was a tad over fried.
Mains:
We both had the beef Sunday roast which was lovely. One of the best Sunday roasts I have had in a while. The beef was a bit fatty but some people prefer that.
Desert:
We were recommended the molten chocolate which we shared and it was amazing!
Would definitely recommend if you are local and looking for a Sunday roast to enjoy. We will be coming back again for the roast.

Visited Crofton Park Tavern on a bit of a whim with some visitors from out-of-town, and my girlfriend and I both agreed that it was the best Sunday roast we've had so far in London. We went for the chicken and the pork, both of which were amazing - there was actually a lot more chicken than you would get at many other spots which was great. I would also thoroughly recommend leaving enough space for the cookie dough desert, this was incredible.
Great selection of drinks with some local beers on tap - I'm really excited to come back and try the regular menu soon!

Great place, looked smaller on the outside, but is huge on the inside! A nice concise menu with great options they do well! Highly recommend the macaroni cheese!
The bar is well stocked and has a nice selection of alcohol free choices for those who don’t like to drink.
Staff were also super helpful at walking us through the menu, and suggesting options

It was awkward when we had to wait out at the door for service and all the waiter spent time talking to customer, we had to actually ask for attention before we get service. Other than that, food was nice and the beer garden upstairs is perfect for an sunny summer evening, it would be nice I'd the food menu had more choices other then steak, burger,fish and chips. I enjoyed today and the online booking system was good.

This place has turned into a regular occurrence, the food is amazing. Steak cooked to your liking with your choice of sauce. The fish and chips is tasty with nice crispy batter.
There is a good choice of wine and beers, I'm a gin drinker and there is a good selection of gins to suit all tastes.
