Pequeno Restaurant & Wine Bar

Tried Pequeno because we were intrigued by the menu. I hadn't heard of many of the items! Found everything we tried utterly delicious. My husband and our kids are intrepid and voracious eaters of all things- they were not disappointed. They were thrilled by the beef barrette and the scallops. We shared the mussels as a starter and between us soaked up every drop of the lemongrass/coconut sauce with bread. We actually went back just to have that treat again last week! I am a fish eating veggie and I loved the gin soaked salmon probably more than the sea bass that I tried the second time, though both were really lush. So far we have been too satisfied to try the puddings. We were lucky to eat during happy hour when a pint is £2:00, which made a happy difference to the overall bill. The service was really friendly and attentive without feeling forced or overbearing. Thoroughly recommend this eatery! Plan to return and try more of the menu.

Excellent food and extremely friendly staff. Well thought out and varied menu. Veggie, carnivore, pescatarian or plain greedy there's great dishes for everyone. Had six different dishes between our table and not a bad word to say about any of them. Think the beef was my favourite, but genuinely hard to pick. Go here before the secret is out and you can't get a table

Ace new restaurant in Stokie. Great atmosphere and friendly staff - and AMAZING food. Really good tapas and small plates menu - recommend going in a group and ordering all the menu! Favourites were the scallops, cauliflower, steak, kofta and monkfish. And leave room for the Burnt Basque cheesecake which is crazy good. The brunch menu looks good too so will be trying that out soon I hope. And think they have plans to open late at the weekend so worth checking the website for info.

Fabulous food, especially the beef dish. The cocktails were my favourite especially the strawberry daiquiri's and the disaronno sour. The menu looks fantastic, the employee's are very friendly and helpful, the service is amazing. The atmosphere in there is lovely and would completely recommend to anyone.
