The lighting level is ideal. If you hate bright lights but still want to see, this is your vibe. Music also great - and again, the volume felt ideal, but the great cocktails may have softened that for me so I can't be sure. All I know is I had a great time.

Great bar really good selection of beers and the cocktails are well made. But the real surprise is the food, its amazing! They've made bar snacks out of the best Japanese food, well priced and really tasty.

Always a joy to visit. A long bar lined with tall stools runs the length of the main space which has a very cool interior, slightly moody and Edward Hopper-esque. Staff are all great - they know what they are talking about in the cocktail world, and can describe exactly what’s on the food menu.

I love it here! Great vibe, yummy Korean food and lovely staff. I spent my birthday here last night and the folks at Shep's were so wonderful. We had the back area reserved for us and it was perfect. All the food I tried was really good, the bubbles were great and the rest of the bar was packed...always a good sign! Fab tunes too! I only wish I'd had more time to chat to all the staff for longer as they were so nice...but I was a bit giddy from all the birthday love. Thanks so much Shep's! I'll be back.

A no brainer to go here. Great food, the bar staff know how to make a brilliant cocktail and are super friendly. A great looking bar too inside, intimate if you go to the back or more bar experience at the front. Would highly recommend.

Amazing food. Food that makes you laugh with joy. We had to try nearly everything we were so impressed. The restaurant manager was amazing, guiding us through the menu and serving up amazing drinks. We've recommend it to everyone we've spoken to since visiting.

Food was exceptional for the price and the cocktails were great. Onglet, grilled oysters, cow fat potatoes and cauliflower are a must.

Had a birthday drink here on Saturday evening. Great space to have a relaxed drink. Wouldn’t like it if it was too busy. The crowd were east London sort of people but it wasn’t too bad.
