Came in here with the family for a roast and I must say was one of the tastiest pub roasts I’ve never had in my life. The staff were all super friendly and the drinks were quite cheap too. 10/10 will definitely be back again.

Best pub in the area! Always showing sport and have delicious food. Best thing about it are the bar staff. Charlotte is especially welcoming and chatty and pours an unreal Guinness

I had a fantastic experience at the Catcher in the Rye. The staff, particularly Angel and Amir, were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure the quality of service. Their friendly and welcoming attitude made the visit truly enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy, and the food and drinks were top-notch. I highly recommend this pub for a great time and outstanding service!

This starter is deccribed as soft bloomer bread with slow roasted tomatoes and fresh marinated olives - look at the picture That's White sliced bread - and the rest out of a jar - possibly a contradiction of the Trade Descriptions Act

Really well appointed pub with lovely staff. Beer selection is good. I tried the chicken, bacon and avo sandwich off the lunch menu. Bread was not toasted which was a surprise but ended up working. Would have been better if every bite had bacon as it needed the salt but was close.
The normal main menu was a little disappointing with our table ordering the beef burger and the beef pie. Both were meh. The Sunday roasts are solid and I would order again.
TV screens everywhere so I could watch the Ashes cricket (sorry England). Will return for sure. The staff were fantastic looking after my dogs who were very welcome.

Not a bad little pub to the south of Finchley Central station.
Was happy to find Staropramen on tap and well priced to boot. The food didn’t look bad either when being delivered to surrounding tables, although I didn’t indulge.
They also had sport on the telly too so can’t complain. The bar staff were also very nice too. A decent place for a flyer all in all.
