I got some help with my purchase by one of the staff named Ahsan . The till area was clean and tidy , I really liked the environment. The behaviour of the staff is kind , nice.

Served by AHSAN at the tills , super friendly and easy going to talk to, was feeling a bit down and he lifted my entire mood from such a small interaction, what an amazing and genuine person to have working at M&S, will come back to be served by him again !!

Good and affordable morning coffee at the lower floor. I go there also for the lovely, most friendly coffee lady in the morning - she is the best!

I’m a regular customer of m&s green park station, specially in the morning since nearly a year. I met a wonderful lady called “Nadia” among their staff, who’s with exceptional skills in customer service. Welcome all customers with professional, friendly and lovely service with an amazing coffee and honest smile.
And I found a gift from m&s to appreciate her immaculate work. I’ll attached it below and wish her all the best from my bottom of the heart.

Handy pocket sized store tweaked for commuters and local residents / AirBnb visitors. Direct access from the tube station is very handy.

Convenient given location by Green Park underground. However the layout is strange. Upstairs and downstairs. Small branch. I just think they need to make the branch easier to navigate.

Go sometime in the morning to get my coffee and pain au chocolat. The lady barista is lovely and bubbly. She knows the regulars and their usual drink. A coffee and a pastry is around £3.70, 1/2 cheaper than local cafés.

Small Marks & Spencers food outlet, beware though STAIRCASE down to breads, bakery, salad etc, found it difficult to go up and down due to poor knee

Loved this branch of M&S which leads to the station.
There is also an entrance on street level.
The variety was impressive for a cosy branch.
Tills are available on both floors.
