Today I had a very nice and foamy hot chocolate! Very happy with he product.
The best thing about having a hot chocolate is that the foam is filled up to the opening where you drink and she nailed it. Last time I ordered it was a very bland hot chocolate that I wish I had not ordered. It really depends on the baristas and I hope the lovely lady have a nice day!

Couldn't really fault, other than the minor miscommunication between my wife and the server, regarding cream!! Lively drinks though, and server very helpful in rectifying error!

First visit to Caffè Nero. Lovely staff. Very friendly. Great peppermint tea. Very reasonably priced. Best I've had. Husband's coffee was good too. Will definitely not be my last visit.

Here on a busy Saturday as there are theaters protests and all sorts of things happening around. Barista was nice and while somethings were out the apricot croissant was very good. She made a wonderful latte and very friendly. Enjoyed the rest and the snack

The staff in this cafe are absolutely incredible. Pretty much all of them, the experienced and the new alike. I've seen days with the queue up to the door and the only one person behind the counter serving every customer with a smile and a superb professional attitude. They are never rude, never lazy, they have great team spirit. Would put to shame most competitors. My heartfelt congratulations to them (and to Nero, given that in most stores the service is equally excellent).

Being Greek I have very high expectations regarding my iced Cappuccino. Coffee Nero in gerenal does lovely iced Cappuccino, and this is my favourite branch.
