I had a brilliant coffee here this morning. There’s a great vibe to the place and my server, Helen, made an incredible latte with a smile on her face! Win win

Prices have gone up, it seems, but the quality has too! Had a superbly succulent chicken wrap served with a nicely presented side salad and coleslaw. Getting harder to find cheap grub in Clerkenwell but this is definitely better than ‘grub’ of the title!

Nice and simple, unassuming food: burgers, wraps, salads, omelettes. All served by affable staff. You can sit outside of you time it right and you're in a relatively quiet part of town as well.

Offers both takeaway and eat-in options, both options being decent food for a decent price. A fair bit fancier than your normal café, but that doesn't mean you're paying a lot more either. For a slightly sophisticated lunch at a decent price, you can't go far wrong here.

A delight to find, with happy chittering staff. I ended up here at the tail end of a boisterous lunchtime, with the mad March sun bringing scores of office staff out to linger. Anyway, had the best ‘cuppa’ in ages, and a delicious Egg’s Benedict. Fresh flowers (tulips) were in little milk bottles on all the tables. Seats outside as well as loads of tables inside. Staff kindly advised my food would be “14 minutes,” which was exactly the correct amount of time. All good and a very happy wee place with heart in a big city.
