Came here to work and ordered the toastie and double chocolate frappe which was a bit pricey together. Service was great and staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The wifi was up to speed and there was a sufficient amount of charging ports. Will definitely come to work here again!

Went in and asked for the iced salted maple but it's not dairy free so the lovely lady behind the counter sorted me out with a iced blonde salted caramel latte with oat milk. Didn't catch the servers name but it was order 2987. All the staff were lovely! Many thanks 😁

Really good refresh of the look! What I dont like is there’s not a lot of seats anymore :( The place is more designed for a quick grab and go, or charge phones then leave. Toilets are free though! Expect long lines

Open till late, if you are looking for a place to relax in the heart in london. Also, it is good as a place to work in your laptop or read 📚 I would definitely recommend it 👍👌

I visit this store twice every day and the service I receive is incredibly good. The team remembers my name and my order. This afternoon on my second visit of the
Day, Ali noticed me (called me by name) and offered to take my order without queuing up. This meant I could sit down and continue to do important work. Ali then came over with my coffee already paid for. All of the team at this store are really friendly and attentive. Really happy!
