EAST HAM BRANCH - The vibe was so calming and relaxing .The staff were so nice and professional and friendly and generous with their sauces and tissues and have a lovely discount on top of that. Adnan served us and was such a pleasant guy and spoke so well and he was generous with his words also. Ahmed spoke to us with respect and was very natural in his demeanor . He was smiling throughout and I just wanted to continue ordering and just stay here for the vibes .xx Almost forgot. the food was actually really good, better than expected. the large bims burger is chunky and more ish. the chicken burger was tastier than all the other shops here in east ham. good quality and tasty with flavours. me and the little one smashed to smithereens their chicken nuggets. they were good! thank you so much to the BIMS TEAM - EAST HAM. Cannot wait to visit again. Soooon ..

Everytime I go to this place they have amazing customer service. Tried their new burger today called the Rosti Burger and it was mouthwatering and delicious. It was juicy and sweet with a bit of spice. Haven't tasted anything like it before from Bims it was a new flavour but the same fresh quality as usual.

Been here many times... and I love their food. Burgers are on point and they have out of the the ordinary drinks that are 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Every visit is a good experience. There’s a car park across the road from it too so easy to find parking when you visit. When it first opened, they used to have queues that lasted over an hour... and people where waiting there that long to get food! That says something about their food! Them times they used to run out of what I wanted, but it don’t get anywhere near that busy anymore. So fear not and try their food!

Bro, chicken burger supreme is lovely and very comforting! It’s not a fillet but 2 pieces of chicken strips. The burger was pretty good too, this is the halal McDonalds lol. The wraps were all yummy, I couldn’t choose! Chicken was so crispy and tender. So fresh and well assembled, nothing messy or falling out. Major points on that! Big shout out to the chefs! Depending on what day and time you go there, you are looking at maybe an hour's wait and that's a lot for a place that does not have seating. Putting that aside, if you are craving a Big Mac, the Tower Burger is the closest I've had to that so my wait of 30 minutes was worth it, tried the Cheeseburger and the Big Up which were OK, would I go there again? Yep, just for the Big Mac oops sorry Tower Burger but I would choose the less busier times (3-5).

True to copy of McDs wow the flavouring is amazing. MaShaAllah the guys have done a great job. They need better drinks those exotic flavours don't add a lot of kick. If you do go try Dz Spicy and Double cheeseburger. The Double cheeseburgers gave me a nostalgia of growing up in Saudi. They are good cheap and cheerful burgers and nothing more Yes I would insha'Allah visit them again. Trimasu ran out so couldn't get to try that but it was selling like hot cakes. Average waiting time is between 45 mins to 1 hour

Quality food nice prices very similar to mcdonalds in taste. Unfortunately horrendous ques but at the same time very worth the wait, tiramisu was the best tasting tiramisu I have had as of yet and I am not a fan of tiramisu but this is a must try also the mojito type original 7ups are a must try very exclusive as you can't buy there in many shops great combo with the food. Wish I could give 4.5 starts but there is no option to do this very close to a 5 star but ques are too long and staff seem organised very inefficiently even after you get served you have to wait 10 mins. But don't let this pit you off worth a try can't wait to go back

So i decided to see what the hype is all about and went over to @bims_uk and joined the 1 hour queue to order my food, suggest you plan your visit as it may be cold outside. Ordered the family meal as there was a few of us, got 2 x"Big Smoked" and 2 x "DZ's" and the meal came with 4 standard cheese burgers. First of all the line was worth the wait, the quality of these £1 cheese burgers are superior to anything ive had for that price. Bossman aint got nothing on these. The DZ and Big Smokedl were also good with the additional toppings in them. The chips were also amazing, of very high quality and tasted nice. Crispy on the outer layer and fluffy on the inside. The Tiramisu was well balanced and went well with the meal, i also enjoyed the cocktail exotique fanta which was nice and fruity. Highly recommend the place if you're willing to wait for an amazing burger....as they say "Good things come to those who wait". Overall Rating : 9/10 Food: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Price: 9/10
