Absolutely terrible! I had a reservation for a cake for my birthday and when I went to get my cake they said they have sold it ! Zero responsibility!
It’s a shame since that cake was personalised for me I did the reservation from three weeks ago but they sold it to someone else.Bad customer service and not reasonable at all !
