Very modern fast food restaurant. Rows of touch screens along the queue to place your order, and most meals are customisable. Quite a long queue for lunch but didn't have to wait long as the staff were working quickly and calling out the orders once ready. Food was tasty and stayed hot for a long time.

I attended this place twice today. It was very clean and the members of staff were very friendly. The wrap I had was nicely made and tasted lovely. It was a bit pricey, but this is to be expected in London. When I asked someone about the salads, she was able to answer me properly and convey the information well because I wanted to return for lunch. The salad preparation method was really nice, and it is something which has been done successfully in other similar venues ie when one chooses the base (ie spinach, rocket etc and can select other ingredients up to a certain number, and then one has to pay more). If I had to make a suggestions, I would add further varieties of cheese to be available. I concede, however, that cheese is fattening. I have yet to consume my salad, as it is still in my fridge, but the young woman who served me today was very nice. Thank you.
