Very delicious!! The dishes are fresh and beautifully priced. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and is a great place for dates. By the way, the waiter is very enthusiastic :)

Had Sunday roast buffet, lamb was soft and very tasty, beef on stick was bit undercooked so quite hard to cut, steak was bit dry, sausage was nice. For the side, chips were bit soggy, salad and beans were nice, rice was very good. The seafood casserole didn't impress me which was bit disappointing, the flavour was not strong enough. Creme bulee was very lemonie and not too sweet, but bit too wet. Service and environment were pretty good.

A local gem. Incredible food, live singer with a lovely warm atmosphere. Can’t recommend enough. Felt like we were in Portugal on a gorgeous June evening. I recommend the sea bass and roasted pork with orange. 10/10

We were in two minds when we walked up about the live music but the manager JP gave us a quiet table outside and closed a door to make us happy. The best service we’ve had in a very very long time. Fantastic food too. Hugely recommend!

A warm welcome from our cheery waiter, who sat us outside in the May sun under the veranda.
Good food, without a dish to be faulted. The lamb was especially delicious and so was the chorizo. Would say the cocktails are well priced, but up and down in quality (some too sweet/salty). But we were there from afternoon to evening, eating and drinking. Great atmosphere!

Great restaurant offering delicious traditional portuguese dishes! My partner and I shared the arroz de mariscos and it was absolutely delicious. Do not miss the pancakes de dolce de leite!

Having moved out of the area we keep coming back. Authentic, tasty and worth every penny. As foodies, my wife and I are quite demanding, but La Caravela never ceases to satisfy our desire for good quality, wonderfully cooked food.
