The Great Scotland Yard hotel hidden secret....
On display in the bar you'll find several pieces of old whiskey and some few selection of the Japanese whiskey. While its a whiskey bar they do serve other drinks as well.
The bar homage to their Scottish heritage are showcased a unique ceiling display of wishkey bottles stacked to resembles the Rolling hills of Scotland.
It was not crowded when I came so it was perfect to have a normal conversation with your friends.
Staff and service was perfect and what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

The ambiance is great coupled with good palatable drinks. Traditional negroni’s were made very well. Room for improvement with food choices and servings.

We visited for the first time on Saturday, and had the best time. The selection of drinks (particularly whiskies) is almost mind-blowing, in the best possible way. However, it's the attentiveness, friendliness, and amazing knowledge of Alex, that really gets this 5 stars.
From the moment we walked into the bar, Alex gave us the best service, and a large amount of his time, despite him being busy. We really enjoyed talking with Alex, finding out more about the hotel, the bar, the whiskies and Alex himself.
We tried some well-crafted cocktails, and some whiskies I had never heard of...a really perfect experience

The most amazing scotch tasting experience with our host Francesco. Learned so much in an hour, from Danish, Scot/Spanish to the more traditional range. Only regret was not discovering this place sooner.

Beautiful refurbishment of this iconic location. Sibin as a bar was cosy and the staff had good knowledge. Early days as lacked at atmosphere but I’m sure if will come as it becomes more well known as a location.

A unique location, situated behind a secret bookcase. The perfect place to enjoy a lovingly crafted cocktail and conversation. The best I’ve had in a long time.

Intelligently hidden inside the Great Scotland Yard hotel awaits a dream come true for any Whiskey lover or novice for that matter, knowledgeable and friendly staff who just love what they do, they have something for every plate, full of everything and anything from the delightful daily drams to more evening attire , antagonistic cocktails and the good old classics. A real jewel of a place ....... you must go find it!
