I stopped by this place just to escape the rain, and unexpectedly found such a cozy. The coffee was fairly average, but I really enjoyed the overall vibe.
Warm atmosphere and ideal for work (there are plugs to charge your computer). The café offers pizzas and hot drinks. We had two teas. The staff was not very welcoming.

A really nice cafe to hide from the crowds and get some work done. You can charge your laptop too. Service was so good - they had no ice coffee on the menu but were still able to make a delicious iced latter for me. Menu is simple but it does not break the bank and does the job.
Popped into the Z Cafe for a pre-theatre dinner a few weeks ago upon the recommendation of a friend. Enjoyed a large, tasty pizza and a glass of wine for £15 which represented very good value. There is a limited menu and the cafe was quiet but the service was polite and the hot food arrived fairly quickly.
What a lovely surprising find hidden in the busy streets of central London! Affordable price, friendly staff and nice seating area - it was just what I needed after a long day of walking for a short break!

Small venue with comfy seating and relaxed atmosphere. The wedges are very worth it for the money (4 GBP for an entire plate). Coffee's very affordable compared to other places at Central London (~2.7 GBP compared to the usual price of 3 GBP). Nice place to check out!
