Food was great, but the man that survived me had no clue or nothing to say when I asked him what deals do u have on the wings? He just pointed to the board. I can see the board but do u do a variety meal, man is still pointing at the board like its his 1st day and has no clue. However it was fast service once I managed to get my order done.

EDIT: Since my 3-star review from 2 years ago this KFC has improved. It is a better experience to order using the app rather than queueing at the till which can still be variable and take longer at busy times (lots of Just Eat/Deliveroo orders).
Customer service has improved, although there is still the occasional staff member that doesn't give good information, like "we are cooking your Zinger burger from scratch so it will take 7 or 8 minutes longer" - I shouldn't have to wonder what's taking so long and strugle to find someone to ask, when they are busy.
Food quality is more consistent too.
It still bugs me that this shop is just 3 doors away from The Crown pub and I can leave the pub at 10:55pm, only to find they have shut the shop which officially closes at 11pm. I order through the app now, but I think they are missing a trick by not closing at 11:30pm.

I feel sorry for the amount of abuse towards the staff of this KFC. Almost every time whenever I visit this branch, there are customers abusing the staff there... And I do get scared sometime ordering there... But the staff are nice there.

This has been my local KFC for many years. Very hit and miss. Generally, the food is decent, but occasionally, we encounter issues such as half a portion of chips, a bad batch of chicken in the burger, or missing items from our order when ordering for multiple people. Would always recommend checking your order fully before leaving the store.

I have bought chickens, burgers and snacks in here for over 10 years and I had never disappointed with their chicken. It is freshly made, warm and tasty.
I recommend you go there before 11:30am. Although the seats are limited, you could eat there quietly and comfortably.
The staff are ok and just concentrate to do their job.
The wifi in the restaurant was not very good and only capable for general internet browsing.
The only complaint is their toilet is not well maintained. Just a bit wet and sometimes no toilet rolls available. However, it is very difficult to find toilet in this road. So better than nothing!

Finger licking chicken the only way that the Colonel makes. Good food, half decent service, all sealed with stickers to show that bucket of chicken is untouched.
