I've tried a bubble tea and baklava, and it makes a heavenly pairing! Tiam offers the bubble tea with the refreshing flavors and chewy tapioca pearls and the baklava delights with its flaky pastry and sweet nutty filling. There're many other cakes and desserts! Came here as a recommended booking on an app I use to check it out. I have to say I’m impressed it’s a beautiful cosy little store they have a range of items teas, bubble tea through to burgers (which smelt amazing as they cooked). The staff are really inviting and friendly the bubble teas are really tasty. I’d highly recommend trying this place out 😊

We ordered here as because our usual place was closed; so this opens later which is great. Quick delivery and well packaged. Kiwi & Lychee tea was lovely! Mango & passionfruit was good. Portions were not massive but then prices were less in a discounted offer. Would have given 5 stars for the teas. However the baklava was soft & soggy, not bad tasting though a bit over sweet. Overall would order again especially as they are open later but it won’t replace our regular preferred bubble tea provider…

It’s a new place and definitely worth checking out as there are not many bubble teas in this area. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. I waited for the order a bit longer than usually in bubble tea shops but it might be because there was a line after me and they still figure out the organisation of the work flow. Pistachio bubble tea is something I definitely never had before and it was a great experience to try. They have many more interesting and unique stuff in the menu I’m happy to explore. Nice park to sit down across the street. They do student discount as well. Because of the staff kindness and uniqueness of products I definitely recommend.
