Service wasn’t too bad. I wanted to buy new product but there was no sample at all so didn’t manage to buy anything new. The shop is also relatively small in central London with loads of tourist so I left really quickly without asking for the tea behind the counter b

Nice tea shop, you can try many teas and hot chocolates if you are not sure what do you like. Plenty options for a gift from London. Large and small sets of tea and hot chocolate. Good atmosphere.

Lovely store and location. I have visited this store many times and the staff are always smiling and happy to help. I love it that this location offers free tasters of the latest new flavours which helps me explore new tastes and teas/hot chocolates! Would recommend this cosy little store and the convenient location makes it all the more accessible. Thank you.

Small shop but has a lot of choices, prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for. Tried the oolong tea and it was really good.
This shop is mainly for teas as couldn't find any specialty coffee inside.
There are some teas for sampling as well so you can try different types and choose the more suitable for you. Went during the New Year period and the shop was really busy.

We were welcomed by a girl from Taiwan who was really nice! Friendly and informative. We asked her for a favor (not biggie, like temp store what we bought from Whittard for few hours) but seems like the store manager didn’t like it (we overheard something when we finished shopping and came back to pick up what we left).
If the manager read this, please don’t give the girl a hard time. She is a good staff :)

Went in today 17.10 & Jason was there to help me choose some tea for my husband who loves ginger. He introduced us to the new Pineapple and ginger tea. My husband loves it. Also bought the hibiscus tea & Lemon & Ginger tea. He was most helpful when he couldn't find the box for the glass teapot warmer. Not much can be said for his colleagues who were briefed on how to make coffee? One of his colleague (a lady) turned towards him & turned away again. They seemed literally annoyed because he asked. Well done Jason for solving the problem even when your colleagues were too "BUSY" brewing coffee. Perhaps they can take a leaf out of his book! Again, many thanks Jason :-). You were efficient and patient
