The William Morris Pub

I haven't been to this pub for at least 8 years. I can see that it has improved so much. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and service was very good. The food was also tasty and good value for money. They allow dogs so it's generally a very relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We were out on a walk along the Wandle and came across this pub. We decided to stop to watch the rugby. The staff were really friendly and Bradley was great at helping us to find a table that allowed us to view the rugby action. The beer selection was good. We also ordered some food and the squid was yummy. We will definitely visit again.

We booked the William Morris for our wedding party for 75 people and had the most incredible experience. Through the planning process Nat made us feel totally at ease and was very flexible to all our requests. On the day the room looked beautiful and the staff behind the bar and clearing drinks/running food were all so friendly. The service was excellent and the food we ordered was really tasty. The next day the team had very kindly already started clearing away our decorations which made collection super easy. I could not more highly recommend to the William Morris for anyone looking for a fun, laid back wedding party. Thank you so much to all the team for making it so special.

OK pub by the side of the River Wandle about ten minutes walk from Colliers Wood tube station. Only one cask beer on handpump when I visited. Lots of outdoor seating most of it covered. The pub is a conversion of the block-house of the former Liberty print works a quarter of a mile upstream on the Wandle from the former William Morris works.
