Whenever we are in London we visit the wine bar at Fortnum’s. It is hidden away on the lower level of Fortnum and Mason. We like to sit at the bar and order a flight of English wines followed by smoked trout, cheese board and olives. The atmosphere is relaxed; the food is fresh and the service is excellent.

This was a very last minute decision and it was fantastic. Excellent food and drinks and such lovely staff. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. I’m a big fan of Fortnam & Mason but this was a new experience for me and it really was an elevated experience - thank you
