Good food and coffee. Real fast food. Different kind of sandwiches are ready in fridges. No waiting time.

Just very disappointed of the staff services. Did happened to me way to many times ordering for example caramel flat white and not adding caramel. Even double-checking with the till person and says that they added but they haven't. Or they already had that type of coffee already made and when someone order that specific product they will give it to you in like no more that 30 seconds being not hot ,just warm.

Very hectic place. You definitely want to know what you want when you step up to the counter because it feels rushed. The cheese twist was very good, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, many tasty beverages to select from and you can pick what you want from the refrigerated section. Lots of places to sit upstairs and down, downstairs area is a bit dark but roomy. This is a good place to sit and pass time.

A really nice pret branch. They have very impressive seating capacity. This is due to this store having a whole extra floor downstairs. All the chairs are comfortable, and are not all stools like some other pret branches. There's even some cubicle seating, which is great to get some work done in a quiet environment over lunch. Nice location and staff too.
