Mcdonald's

Had to come on here to write a review after visiting last night. Got to McDonald's at about 11pm and it was absolutely rammed full of people. Massive shout out to the staff who were working at a hundred miles an hour to get everything out to people in good time and dealing with the crowds of people in an efficient, friendly and not at all heavy handed manner. Absolute heroes.

Food quality as good as any other McDonald's. Service could've been better. The self ordering machine was unable to generate receipt in my case, thankfully I could see my number briefly before it disappeared quickly. Maybe let the order number linger on a bit longer on the self order computer screen so one could see it properly or take a pic incase receipt is not printed. Otherwise, everything else was great 👍

Fast service is what you get at this location near Liverpool Street. Large displays greet you with the vast menu of the McDonalds staples of Big Mac, and fries and the delicious chicken selects. On this day I took my kiddos for a quick grab and go dinner after a full day of touring the sites of London. Staff were friendly, professional and courteous. Had an issue with our order at the kiosk and a employee was able to research and locate our order in a flash. Would recommend this location if you’re looking for good food, for a great price point to fit everyone budget. Enjoy!

Liverpool St Station McDonald's is an experience. Sometimes 50 people in there even at 11.30pm waiting for the last train home. The main server keeps the impatient mood and odd drunken customer happy with music, smiles, Bingo style food ready calling, and karaoke singalongs, including requests! However, during my last 2 visits, the food was cold when opening it just 2 mins after getting it, the cheese not even melted. I complained on the McD app and heard nothing. Once you are on your train, you can't go back to complain. Mood 10/10, Food 5/10
