A real hidden (but not hidden at all) gem on Seven Sisters road. A true treat, A delicious and delightful breakfast and coffee with a real relaxed and welcoming atmosphere - was lucky enough to experience breakfast on a super sunny day with all the French doors open, never imagining I’d ever be sat enjoying breakfast on the busy high street on Nags head. But wow - this little gem exceeds itself - Honest, passion filled food and atmosphere.

My friend and I came across this restaurant while out shopping and it was one of the best food experiences i've had in a while. Staff where super friendly and sweet and you could tell it was a healthy work environment. The food was served rather fast and yet did not let up on the quality The vibe of the restaurant is very cute and clean and i will be coming back soon. 😊😊❤

I’m saddened about the name change and potential management change as the Arlington cafe that stood before beans and cream was my great grandfathers passed and to my grandfather later sold to someone many years ago has held the heritage of 80 odd years now to be non existent. Other than that it looks very nice inside and looking forward to having a breakfast in there.

Adorable local cafe based in the heart of the Seven Sisters road. The waiters were lovely and she even had a conversation with us and came across genuine. We went during a weekday -(lunchtime) so it wasn’t too busy, I had the homemade beef burger and my friend had the peri-peri chicken. Both meals were fantastic, I have heard good things about their breakfast/brunch menu so will be back again soon. Go check them out!

My new discovery in the Holloway Road area. I enjoyed having my breakfast in this place, which is very warm and well decorated, I liked the style. My partner got the eggs royal which she loved and I got the halal breakfast, I don’t remember the exact name of it but it was delicious! The staff is very friendly and you will get a great service. For sure I will come back to Beans and Cream!

Since it opened a few years ago I've been here a few times. It's homely cafe with all your regular brunch items: pancakes, eggs Benedict, indulgent breakfast platters etc. The service is always pleasant and there is no rush to vacate your table- even on busy Arsenal match days. Most importantly, I come back here often because it is clean. The pastries are kept behind a glass cabinet, and the tables and cutlery are never grimy. Vegan and halal options are available, with the additional option of susbtituting items for alternatives
