Excellent service from Rosie and Shyanne. Rosie was very knowledgeable about the menu and suggested cocktails for us. Rosie was very attentive and welcoming and for real this is the standard of how service should be in London. The drinks were excellent.

The most delicious jerk chicken I’ve had in a while ! The loaded chips were incredible, we also had the platter for 2 people but it served 3 of us and was mind blowing.
The staff were super friendly and the ambiance was kicking !
In an ideal location so you can go out afterwards or before

Brunch Wednesday @ 5pm. Staff experience was 5 * from beginning to end. Rosie explained the menu, Rosa kept the drinks coming. The cocktails were really nice. The food was medioca, chef was slow and rude and was not great. I ordered the prawns and jerk bowl, prawns tasted like costco and the jerk sauce not great and a bit burnt (I needed more salt. I am caribbean myself) the rice and peas was ok with the coleslaw. Roma and Shayden kept on checking if we was OK and needed anything more, proper 5*customer service. The toilets were a trek to get to and is unisex.
Easy location 1 minute from shoreditch overground Station.
Would defo come back for the service but not for the food.

Had the Big Pat burger, was a good shout, 7/10. Should have came with fries for the price. Lauren was very helpful and delivered excellent customer service.

Really great experience at Rum Kitchen in Shoreditch! The food was unreal (the dirty fries especially), and the team were super friendly too :) Diva was lovely, and they very kindly sorted us some delicious tasting rum shots as we were celebrating a birthday. Great place, we'll be back for sure!

Had the pleasure of being served by Lauren, who was absolutely amazing. She was very welcoming and brought a positive energy. Would recommend coming here. The drinks are amazing! Especially the jamrock punch!

Went on a very quiet Monday afternoon. Had francie serving me. She made sure I wasn't lonely when my friends arrived late🤣. The food was lovely and filling. Will definitely have to come back to try their brunch on the weekend.

Casually popped in for lunch on a Sunday (today) and was honestly swept away by the quality of service. Waymon was attentive, super friendly, kept the drinks flowing and kept the vibes going all afternoon. Would recommend this branch in a heartbeat

Booked at table for bottomless brunch on Saturday at 2pm. It was the perfect time as it wasn’t too crowded. The DJ is awesome and the music is LOUD, so if that’s not what you’re looking for, maybe choose a different place. The food was really tasty! I had the fried prawns and chicken bun. The chicken is delicious! Craving it right now! The sauce is spicy! Love it. My friend had the bowl and said the rice wasn’t too flavorful. The drinks just kept coming and coming, and yes, there was plenty of alcohol in them…for me anyway. Tatiana was a great server and all the other staff were super friendly. Highly recommend!
