First time I tried this place. Been disappointed with so much fish and chips around Barnet. Ordered off just eat. Best fish and chips around the area without a doubt. Very generous portion size, good light crispy batter, fresh flakey cod and wasn’t oil.. very pleased

Colossal piece of cod much easily enough for an adult and a child.

Ordered take out for three people. The service is both courteous and efficient, without doubt the very best fish and chips that I have ever eaten. The cod and plaice were both excellent with the crispiest batter imaginable. The portions were massive, looking forward to leftovers tomorrow! 17 will be our only destination for fish and chips in the future.

We just had a cod and chips from here and WOW! The batter was light, not oily at all and the fish was so fresh and tasty. We got a take away and the fish and the chips were still crispy by the time we got home (mind you we are only 6 mins from this place). All in all 5 out of 5. Love it!
