Can honestly say is some of the best Chinese food we’ve ever had .. everything was cooked to perfection,plentiful portions and great quality .. will definitely be our go to for future orders ..couldn’t fault it in anyway

This was an old noddles bar, situated near college grounds. But now it’s a full blown Chinese restaurant. And to my pleasant surprise, a dam good one too.
The food is authentic Chinese food. one dish tasted like home, like my mum cooked.
Depending what you order some dishes are large, best ask for recommendation if you want large size.
The decor is simple and clean, with pictures of Hong Kong. Menu is easy to read.
Will go again. Really nice restaurant.

Went here recently for my daughter's birthday. Great Chinese food, reminds me of the classic Cantonese dishes we always used to have. Would definitely come again.

We came for the lobster with noodles 🦞, highlight recommended.
The roasted pork was a bit salty but the rest of the dishes were delicious and authentic.
Make sure you call to reserve a table as the restaurant is small but cosy.

Really tasty and very friendly. I must say that once the restaurant gets busier I am sure the atmosphere will pick up... But they make really fresh food and it would benefit from being busier.... But love the Katsu, it was delicious. Cleaned my plate.

Hendon doesn’t have many great restaurants. JP House is an exception. What a gem! Fantastic food and service and warm, friendly atmosphere.

Came here to celebrate my nans 90th birthday, we booked the restaurant for around 3 hours to ourselves, with around 35 people.
The owner allowed us to make up our set menu.
We found the restaurant last minute and wow did it come through! Parking is very easy, though we've only visited on a Sunday. The venue has large toilets, one male and one female. The even have a little cloak room which makes gatherings like these more comfortable.
But the food 🤤🤤🤤 my favourite was the chicken and sweetcorn soup as starter, the crispy chilli beef was like candy so moorish! Sweet and sour chicken was beautiful. The rice was so good, my nan is the fussiest about rice and she LOVED IT.
We went again a week later and ordered basically every type of meat/sea food. The calamari is just divine, absolutely perfect but the portion could be alot better.
However I wouldn't get the duck or the chicken satay again. The duck was only presented as duck and pancakes or BBQ duck. We chose the BBQ duck and it lacked flavour.
Overall food is beautiful, a little bit on the pricey side, the owner is the kindest.
Our new favourite Chinese spot.
