Lovely selection of slices and whole cakes for all occasions. It’s mostly available for takeaway but the desserts are always fresh and can last up to two days in the fridge before they get stale. It’s also inexpensive so really great if you’re on a budget.

Found ants in a cake purchased from Cake Box West Norwood on Sunday 24th August. Cake boxes response was to offer me more cake which I have obviously refused.

Absolutely gutted, went in first thing today, I specifically asked is the cake fresh as it was my mums 89 birthday, the cake was definitely stale. This is the second stale cake from cake box. We will no longer use this chain.
The cream crumbled like biscuit, the nuts in edible and the sponge dry.

⭐ I’ve been a loyal Cakebox customer, mainly at the Sidcup branch, and their cakes have always been exceptional. However, my recent visit to the Norwood branch was a letdown. The slices I bought seemed old, and even after a ‘refresh’, they were dry and unpleasant. I won’t be returning to this branch.
