Every single staff member is genuinely kind and welcoming. A lovely spot to settle in with a book or get some work done on your laptop. The day’s soup never disappoints.

This place went down hill quickly and the loyalty scheme is shambles. The service was atrocious, they couldn’t be bothered with customers and you couldn’t understand a word of what they said. Manager was even worse, incompetent and unhelpful. Avoid! Much better independent places on Lordship lane
