Saw this advertised on Google as a 24 hour tea room. It's not. It's a hotel for guests only. Reception staff were friendly and apologetic, explained it was an honest mistake

Absolutely friendly accommodating staff for my elderly Deaf & frail parents. It was a birthday treat for my Mother & they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Extremely happy I brought them here.

My friend bought an afternoon tea for my birthday and it was so nice. The staff were very attentive and it had a calm atmosphere. The cakes on the top tier were divine but the middle tier seemed shop-bought. The sandwiches were a little too small also. Overall it was lovely.

Amazing!! So pleased to visit the Legendry site where The Beatles wrote ‘A day in the life’ A fellow customer pointed out that this is the only place in the UK where you can draw a direct line to the Liver Building in Liverpool #theBeatles #popmusic #spooky
