Every staff member was kind, patient and welcoming. The front desk, Mia, Billy and Dr. Mackoff are a wonderful team and provided me and my mom with unbelievable care. I cannot emphasize enough what a valuable part of the community this facility has become. :)

Pre registering and checking in with the app makes it very convenient and I love not having to fill out tons of paperwork! The staff at reception were patient and kind and the wait time was minimal. The doctor and staff in the exam room were also very nice and ready to answer any questions I had regarding my care. The exam was quick and prescriptions were immediately sent to my pharmacist.

Friendly staff and efficient operations. The place is a well run office and I enjoy the LBNY pictures all around the rooms. Free parking by the clinic but they can get full during peak hours but so far I haven’t had the need to park elsewhere. I thought I had possibly fractured my ribs but the doctor on call was very professional and after examining me, determined I did not need an x-ray which was good news and saved the medical resources and unnecessary insurance claims. I appreciated the medical opinions. They usually play cooking shows on the TV so it keeps me hungry. Not a bad thing.

Took a speech delayed, autistic toddler here to diagnose a limp when no one witnessed the injury. The providers were kind and helpful. They did several x-rays without my toddler melting down. They also got us an appointment with a pediatric orthopedist for the next morning. I was very satisfied with the care we got from everyone on staff that night.

I appreciated that Doctor Josh recommended a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia while I was experiencing acute bronchitis. The care I received was prompt professional and caring. I ended up having to cancel my cruise because of this diagnosis and a few days later the doctor filled out the forms necessary for me to submit my insurance claim. The entire staff is polite and professional.
