Long Beach Italian Ice

On June 28th in the evening we walked in to get some yogurt & there was this obese lady in front of us who had a very disobedient child. The kid was purposely coughing on the self serve toppings not once but twice & laughed about it. The mom and employee did nothing about it. We lost our appetite and left. Management needs to put a better shield to protect the toppings from children coughing on them or better yet don’t let customers self serve their own toppings. Have the employees do it because customers & their annoying kids cant be trusted. 🤮

Frozen yogurt is my guilty pleasure and I'm thrilled that the Yogurtland near me is still open! They've made some changes for safety's sake, but the many delicious flavors of yogurt and large variety of toppings are still available. The only difference is that customers aren't allowed to serve themselves.

Summer is here and with it comes hot temperatures... One would think that a frozen yogurt shop would have plenty of yogurt ready to cool you down... However, several machines were empty or getting close to empty... There was only 1 employee there at this time of day figure 4pm... Maybe have another worker on schedule to be in the back refilling the machines and one at the front to ring up customers...? Myself and a few other customers waited several minutes for her to come back to the front... She was awesome I will add... This location is always clean and everyone that works here is happy to help... This particular visit had to be the only fluke... Will continue to return here...
