In the past, when having to go to the drive-thru, there have been many times where they have ran out of chicken and they're cooking more in the middle of the day. I went this past Friday for a late lunch around 1:45pm. When pulling into the drive-thru, I noticed there weren't any patrons inside. I thought I'd get my food pretty quick. I get to the speaker and the lady asks me to hold on. I say sure as I thought it would be a quick 30 seconds to a minute for her to check on something. NOPE!!! I sat there for just over 5 minutes before pulling off. This spot is the worst. Go to the one on Cherry & South St. instead.

Kind of slow, but damn good chicken. Great service. I think it's so good because always just cooked. Just know you will be waiting. The only one I like. The other close by is faster, but not as good.

Worst drive through service, no one came to the speaker I had to go to the window there they took my order and the lady who help me was pretty nice, they need more staff.
