Royal Buffet

I stopped going there a couple of years ago because the man's room always had urine all over the floor. When I would say something to the kid at the register he just gave me a blank stare. The food was very poor anyhow. I could not complain about the service because, well, there was no service. I find it interesting that the place had a fire this morning and this evening their website said they were closing soon...I wonder if ...no...

We have been to this place a couple of times and agree that the staff members are not so friendly and do not talk to customers much; I believe this is due to lack of training and their English skills. There was plenty of food and was tasty. They have a Sushi section too but we didn't try that. We liked the place and would visit again.

Of all the Chinese buffets I have eaten at, WOW one of the worst! They have enough buffet space but what poor selection in my mind. Three of six were cold foods, salad, sushi(very suspect of it didn't have any) and deserts. The other three supposed to be steam tables were about half American choices, pizza, fried chicken,etc. The "chinese" selections were slim at best, NO SWEET AND SOUR ANYTHING? Really? Wow. I also wonder are they afraid of the electric bill? All food was Luke warm at best, they have excellent non steaming steam tables. For nine and a half bucks for lunch, I ate bout four dollars worth, left and went and got a burger. Not the best by any means!

One star is to much but I'm being generous. My spouse and I have been going there for years . But it has been several years that we haven't been there. So we decided to go to enjoy the place where my spouse loved to eat every week with his friends. As we got there we noticed that the parking lot was empty for lunch hour and I was surprised that we had parking right next to the stairway into the restaurant. I paid a lot more than we used to $18.50 for two adults Before it was $14.00 for two adults The food was like it was from a bag and not cooked all the way No flavor everything was horrible We were in there for 15 min and I have never been so disgusted with a place that I would visit twice a week with friends and family and just couldn't believe how disgusting everything is what happened to this place is it under new management are they not caring about their customers this place needs to be investigated they need to they need to close the place down it is just horrible the food is just undercooked people are going to get sick I would not recommend this to anybody please please share this if you like but this place needs to be investigated because something's not right I would give it 10 stars before but now I wouldn't even give a half a star but I gave it a star because that's being generous I will never go to that place again not even put a step on the sidewalk thank you for taking your time to read this and I hope somebody does something about this cuz somebody is going to get sick from eating there cuz I was sick after taking a bite of just one thing we apologize to the boy who was cleaning the plates and we even gave him a $2 tip and we gave the food that we took to eat cuz we couldn't eat it and we kept apologizing to him we just couldn't eat it cuz it was just so disgusting but whoever is reading this please don't go there its not worth it not no more thank you for reading this and please make sure you tell your family and friends there's other places that are better than that they need to find out what's going on in there somethings not right
