Tumby's Pizza

I give it a 4 star because I was assisted by Jesus. I asked for his name because I wanted to make sure I gave this store a review mainly based upon his customer service skills, which were excellent. He greeted me with a smile and was so helpful, nice and accommodating to my needs. I really appreciate employees like this.

I bought 2 pizza to share with my family and it was right before closing time. Me and everyone that ate got sick. We have food poison, I had to leave work because I was so sick. The manager Ricardo was very rude when I talked to him he told me I sounded just fine over the phone. I was actually on the toilet with the runs as I spoke to him on the phone. I lost wages and I am feeling so regretful for ever stopping at this whole in the wall pizza place. I will for future reference stick to the name brand places such as pizza hut or dominos!

I called guy puts me on hold for awhile idk if he for got about me, then I hang up call back phone is busy then the 4 call line is free still no pick up called them 11 time's no pick up still this is the only one in long Beach. Tumby in long Beach lost my business, I don't wanna go up there an wait 15 to 20min when you can call an then go pick it up. Horrible services.
