Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went there at 9pm on Sunday and all the lights were out except for around grill. Place looked empty. All outside lights off. So I pulled out and called them and someone answered the phone and I asked are you open? They say Yea until 11. So I go back and still dark all around building. I get no one is in your dining room but at least make the establishment look more inviting.

My mom ordered the #3 with 2 tall Dr. Peppers. JUST THE BURGER with everything and 2 drinks. We waited 20 minutes while 3 others for their orders and left. The manager came out the door and assured what our order was. 5 minutes after that, she finally got her burger. Upon returning home, much less time than it took to get the burger, she but into the burger and said it was one of the poorest burgers she had ever bit into. Needless to say, we won't be returning. About the drinks: they we're 2 small drinks at $2 a pop! Nope, no going back for us. Ever!

Check your order before you drive off!!! Ordered a Oreo fudge brownie blizzard and a Reese's pb cup blizzard. Was given two normal blizzards with Oreo cookie in them. Go back through the drive thru to get the Reese's blizzard and was given soft serve ice cream with peanut butter sauce in a blizzard cup. This place is a joke. Last time we came here I ordered a slushie and was given some melted mess. I've learned my lesson. Never coming back. This location needs to get themselves together.

What an absolute joke of a place. I ordered two cakes for a birthday surprise for my husband three days in advance. I had a confirmation email with an order number after placing the order online. They not only did not provide the cakes, they gave me a different cake where it was obvious they have taken off someone else’s name and just put whipped cream over top. The manager claimed they did not ever get the order because the website told us to pay in store and then claimed she was too unfamiliar with the program to really know what happened. Do not go here - you will not get your order and you will not get any help. If I could rate 0/5 stars I absolutely would. Should someone decide to contact me regarding this review, yes I absolutely have photo proof.
