Before I moved this was my go-to Starbucks. Always very friendly. They do get quite busy sometimes but always have a pleasant experience

Great! The drinks actually taste the same every time, unlike Dunkin. The staff are also very friendly.

The person working the drive thru is always personable and friendly no matter how long the line is. Although I recommend ordering ahead on the app and doing pickup. Quicker than the line and it's always ready for you.

Been going here for years. Service is usually great. The last few times I’ve been the experience wasn’t as good as usual talked to them about it and they made it right. Def will be back for more. Thank you ludlow Starbucks.

Drinks are awesome staff is super nice but 1 star because if you have 1 hour for the drive through go for it. They do not know how to speed up during rush hour. When you are in the drive through line make sure you have time, don't have to pee, or don't have kids in the car..there is no backing up even though you will want to.

Love their Frappuccino but too many times they make it wrong and have to ask for remake. All depends on who you have making your coffee.

Staff is always friendly and this is one of the only Starbucks I have visited that actually gets your orders spot on. My favorite barista Madi is always friendly and helpful!
