Mcdonald's

I understand it is a holiday week, staff shortages, and everyone is TIRED. However, when it is specified NO KETCHUP, NO MUSTARD...this is what was served to us. I know y'all can do better! I come to this location for the OUTSTANDING AND SUPERIOR customer service, but this poor sandwich did not deserve this lol. Please do better next time! I will still be back because as I said, y'all do have the best customer service and fast drive thru!

This place was terrible. Employees were slow and unpleasant. Waited forever for our order to be done. We were probably there almost 20 minutes and there was only 1 order in front of usually. Didn't even have shake made when waiting so long for food. We wouldn't have gotten it if we hadn't told them we ordered one and had to ask for our drink cup as well. Orders were not made as ordered, so our kids didn't even eat them because they hate mustard which was on their burger when we ordered plain. The icing on the cake was when my daughter found one of the employees yellow fake fingernails in her happy meal! So disgusting!! Clearly no gloves were being worn.

Went to this location at 4:17 pm on 2/18/22 and went inside to place my order on the self service cashier. After I placed my order, I noticed the black female working at the cash register and also preparing customers orders not wearing her face mask over her nose and mouth and it was pull down under her chin. Next, the black male manager on duty instructed her to pull her mask up over her mouth and nose. She completely ignored him and was allowed to continue to prepare the customers orders without her face mask in place, in accordance to the CDC guidelines. Then, I looked in the food prep area where a black male was cleaning up and he also had his face mask pulled down under his chin. I visit this location often and have never observed this happening when the other manager is on duty.

First we order through DoorDash and got cold food. Then we go to the restaurant to order through the drive through and get told the “systems are down”. So then you proceed to turn lights out well before closing time. These are people who want $15 an hour but refuse to actually put in time and effort to prove why you should. I mean can we get one fast food restaurant to actually put out a decent product?! Maybe it’s a management problem.

Just don’t go here. They just did the worst thing I’ve ever seen. Argued with my wife about what she ordered even though SHE HAD A RECEIPT. So they got upset and gave me a burger with ketchup everywhere. Only 7 nuggets and one of the fries had only 8 fries. 8! Lol what? I get that you hate your employees but we deserved our money back.

**** UPDATED AGAIN 03/08/22 - THIS WHOLE LOCATION NEEDS TO CLOSE UNTIL THEY CAN TRAIN EMPLOYEES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I keep going back because my family likes McDonald's. Thinking it will get better. It simply gets worse each time. 20 mom wait in line. Then my order was wrong. Employee, was nasty when I told her. Complaint filed. Ridiculous. Hopefully I've learned my lesson this time. Oh and 6 cars pulled off due to the wait in line. Imagine the Business this location could do if the staff was competent and the service and food were decent. I'd give ZERO stars if it was an option ***UPDATED REVIEW...NOTHINGS CHANGED. THE EMPLOYEES ARE INCOMPETENT WHEN IT COMES TO ROTATING THE LANES. THEY NEVER DO IT CORRECTLY AND I ALWAYS SEEM TO GET IN THE LINE THAT GETS THE SHAFT. IN LINE NOW, AND SO FAR BEEN HERE 15 MIN AND STILL WAITING. OH THERE WAS ONLY 1 CAR AHEAD OF ME 🙄 10/18/21 Every time I go here the service gets worse and worse. Waited in drive thru for literally 17 min. My turn comes up, employee comes on my speaker and says ill be right with you. She then went and took 3 ordered from the other speaker ahead of me. I decided not to order but drove to the window to tell them how awful their service was. This is one of the worst fast food places. Definitely DO NOT recommend it.
