Domino's Pizza

This time... this has been by far the most friendliest experiences I've had at this location! Steven, the manager at this site takes this job seriously enough to provide a very excellent customer experience! Came in with a school coupon, showed me best way to use it, and offered better solutions tailored to my specific needs. Then he helped me add to my to go order at last second without skipping a beat.... great job! Can't wait to come again!

Most definitely use the app for the coupons. I was in the store last night and I was about to order the 11.99 Pizza. A young lady walked in and told me to download the app for better deals. She was actually a customer who was very knowledgeable of the products that they offer. I downloaded the app and even chose a little more than pizza. I was also able to pay with a different option which included my PayPal account. I was able to choose three toppings for the large pizza. I also ordered the garlic bites and four Cokes. The food was delicious and the customer service was great.

I'm a previous Domino's employee from the days when Tom Monahan still owned the Corp. I know what a pizza is supposed to look and tastes like. I was... Let's say very pleasantly surprised when we got the order. It's like it was cooked in a test kitchen. I hope I don't jinx myself, as we'll definitely be ordering again, and again. Thanks guys.

Tried to order online for delivery wouldn't work. Kept stating error. Prompt said call store. Called and never reached store. I changed my order to pick-up and order went through on line. So I drove to the store and arrived at the time that tracker said it would be ready and went inside to a blaring radio. No wonder they didn't answer. When order was finally ready and 40.00 plus dollars later my order was 98% incorrect. I questioned toppings only to be told that's how it comes. If that's the case then why are you allowed to customize your order. I discovered when I got back home that not only was it prepared wrong, it was cut wrong. I specifically ordered pie slices not squares. This is not the first time I have had problems but it was definitely my worse experience

Great staff- they are busy hard working folks!!! ...I guess we all have off days so let me be honest this pizza is gross and why are all the toppings in the middle?? To be fair I did ask for extra sauce- but you know a reasonable amount of extra not the whole container. We will return because they are usually really good- and won't ask for extra sauce- would rather have dry pizza then soggy ....bleh!!!

So when I called I asked if the chicken wings were on the mix and match deal and was told yes so I ordered some buffalo wings and cheese garlic bread. And also asked for a marinara for my bread and a ranch for my wings. I got a call back saying the chicken wings were not on the pair deal and the price was higher than what I was quoted so then I asked to have it changed to the buffalo bites and that's where the problem began I waited for over an hour and a half to get my food finally when my food arrived my cheese garlic bread was just cheese bread and I got the chicken wings the driver told me the price I was quoted before my order had changed if I didn't wait for so long or think that they would tamper with my food I would have raised a stink instead of just giving them only two stars I did get sauces however. Wings were incredibly small maybe two bites per bone and I got garlic on the side of my cheese bread and blue cheese instead of ranch two stars and you guys deserve it

The Hartley Bridge, Macon, GA. never answers their phone. The only way to get delivery is an online order only. If they cancel your order for any reason they won't call you and won't answer the phone even though that is what the website directed me to do. Customer service is a bot that can only answer simple questions. No option for human help.
