I've only had two experiences ordering from here in the past year, and both times, I didn't have any issues. The first time was a to go order, and the most recent time, I ordered in person, and waited for it. Dakota took my order, and she was very friendly and quick. A second person (who's name I didn't catch) made my smoothie, and they were friendly and quick as well.

I can't remember if I had Smoothie King or not but my metabolism boosting smoothie was great! A bit sweet but it has strawberry, banana and mango so its expected to be sweet. My mom had an Island Impact. Mom was in love with it. Barely left me any. I think I will try this one...next time. I LOVE smoothies and almost never turn them down. I love how all the ingredients are clean and specific to your individual needs...to stay slim, immune boosting, promote flexibility etc. So many options. Pleasant and helpful employees. Thanks

This breaks my heart because this store used to be fantastic. I stopped ordering through the app because they would always mess up my order. Well now I have gone inside and they gave me a smoothie that is nowhere near what I ordered. The employees either need to be properly trained or sent back to elementary school to learn how to read.

This place is great. I wasn’t familiar with the Smoothie King chain, but since it was at the mall, I decided to try it out. The staff was helpful, and they explained what the differences between certain drinks were. I went on a Friday and the 20 oz. and the 32 oz. drinks were $5. I enjoyed my experience, and I would like to go back.

Everytime I go into this location there's flies flying around the exposed foods because they're not covering them and when I just went in there, there was no one in the front and they open at 8?? Don't believe me? Checked the cameras... I stood in there for Bout 3 to 5 minutes maybe and even called out twice.. nobody then I saw the mascot flies... thank God for Tropical Smoothie Cafe because FLIES and terrible customer service is not the move...

They are all so kind and helpful. And I love their smoothies. You can't get just one. You have to have more. I think that their smoothies are very addictive that's all I want now is Smoothie King smoothies. They have the best smoothies that I know of. Great place to get your Smoothies.
