Mcdonald's

Came in and ordered a slushie and mcflurry and was told the flavor slushie was out of order and the mcflurry that was offered on the kisok was a limited time only item no longer sold but was still available to order. Then while eating with family we saw one employee sitting on the counter and another one was in street clothes and wearing a pair of wired headphones. Worse service ever. She was also wearing a sleeveless shirt which is a health code violation.

The Night Manager (female) charged my credit card twice. I don’t think it was her first time double charging her customers either. I will expose what I believe is a scam used by some unscrupulous workers….. when you use the McDonald’s app on your cell phone and get to the window with your Order Code the server says “my computer shows you owe a balance” or might say something else like “just cancel your order and then reorder the same thing”. However, unwittingly the customer will have a double charge. Today they wanted to collect $5.80 on top of my $30 order charged to my bank debit card. I asked why. The Manger claims the “McDonald’s rewards points did not clear”. Well guess what? Yes, the points were in fact applied to the order the first time (I think you should have just hit the button cashed) the cash drawer opens and you close it and give the customer the receipt. But and oh yeah; again this time the bank received a double charge. This is the second time you’ve had me delete the order and reOrder! I’m on to you guys!
