Arby's

Placed a order online to pick it up, using Estreet. Drove to the restaurant to pick up my order. Pulled up to the speaker as the lights were off in the lobby and I was concerned that the place was closed. Explained that I had placed an online order to pick it up, and while I knew it wasn't ready, I just wanted to let the know I was there. After explaining again at the window that I knew it wasn't ready and I would wait. Was asked if I was sure I had placed my order for pick up not delivery, yes, and it's ok if it's not ready I'll wait. Was told they were out of shake mix and was handed 2 bags and a drink. Got Home to missing 2 items, everything cold and grossly hard. Threw it all away.

Terrible customer service. You get an attitude for no reason. Then when a mistake was made they tried to make it better by giving me a free sandwich. Went back to claim it and I had to argue with the manager to get it. I don't care about the free food but you're also wasting my time and gas. They advertise a 2/$6 items then charge full price and say you have to tell them you want the deal - nowhere does it say that. On top of that it took 20mins to get my order the first time.
