Pizza Hut

You want to know how other chains out pizza the hut? Accountability. I ordered a meal for my family today who are unable to go out and enjoy a meal together and while the delivery was quick and the food is good, we were missing four sodas we ordered. I have always been a loyal member of the hut and it saddens me that after years of support to the pizza hut franchise and earnest tips given to its hard working drivers, usually above 20% as I am also working with pizza, I might have to stop ordering with you. After noticing the missing sodas I called the restaurant on 5251 High Crossing BLVD, to no avail. At first I was greeted by a third party ordering member who said they would direct me to the store and when connected the call instantly dropped or I got a message telling me the call did not go through. I called multiple more times with the automated voice assuring me that a member would be happy to assist me shortly which was a joke after hearing it the umpteenth time. I could even just drive to the location and pick up the soda I paid for but I would not be able to as I am unsure if people are even at the store. I get it too, at my pizza restaurant while in the rush and telling people that delivery time is two hours and being chewed out by customers for miniscule things, I often do not want to pick up the phone either. But I do. Doing this reflects on a restaurant and shows commitment to the people, good or bad, that support it. Please fix what you have done wrong Pizza Hut, I don't want to give up on an old friend.

I placed an order with an estimated wait time of 85 minutes. I called 2 hours after placing my order only to find out that my order was cancelled. No email stating it was canceled. No phone call. Nothing. I had to call corporate Pizza Hut to find out. I tried calling the store numerous times and no one would answer a phone. Even corporate couldn’t get ahold of this store. This might be one of the worst businesses that I have seen. I have to give the business one star to leave a review but this place deserves none.

Got a party pack, the two pizzas were solid the cheezy breadsticks maybe a little under cooked but still decent. Problem was they didn't have the box, and totally did not add the wings. Tried calling and number wouldn't go through. I want what I paid for and customer service if there was an error.

I placed my order at ~4:20 p.m. I was told 40-50 mins. That's fine, I'm not in a hurry. At 5:30, I called for an update. I got a busy signal, fine. I called again at ~5:50, got through to an associate. Asked for an update, was told it was cashed out at 5:50. Uhm, no? I haven't gotten my food, so that's not true. She put me on hold and talked to a manager, came back and told me, verbatim: "It's on the road, it'll be there at some point.". At some point? My food, that is now 1.5 hrs into a 40-50 min delivery window, will be there at some point? Unacceptable. I asked for a manager. I was told they were busy, I said I'd hold. She came back 4 more times saying they were busy and I said I'd hold. I was then told that I could call back in 2 hours to talk to a manager, I said no, I'd like to talk to one now please. Then I was hung up on. My food showed up 2 hrs after I placed my order, and I only got 1/2 of it. They didn't bring my wings. I expect a call back and a COMPLETE refund. This is unacceptable. I can appreciate that you're busy, I get it. But in what customer service training video did they tell you that it was ok to tell an upset customer to "call back in 2 hrs" and that "at some point" is an acceptable ETA? I maintained my composure and used my manners all the way through out the conversation only to be met by stonewalling and disrespect. I'm flabbergasted. God I sound like a Karen right now, but my mind is just blown...

I called to order a pizza and the person who answered was not even in America! I couldn’t understand her and she couldn’t understand me! The order was wrong. Is this the way of our world now? They shut down their restaurants and eliminates so many jobs, now they’ve outsourced the order taking to people on the other side of the world who cannot understand us and I doubt they even know what pizza is!!!! The outsourcing of American jobs for something as basic as ordering a pizza is ridiculous and I will NEVER order pizza again from Pizza Hut!!!

My pizza was in delivery for over 30minutes. It arrived cold and the driver was rude when asked why. I tried calling but the number would say unable to connect then hang up, one time I was just hung up on period, another I was looped back around to be answered by another. In total I called 8 times trying to contact the store and never got a actual answer. Eventually the call center told me to call customer service 800 number. The only thing that would cause me to recommend is a refund of the 33.99 I paid for the cold pizza and rude service.

Terrible experience, they shorted me on the wings and sliced the pizza so badly one slice was bigger than my hand. The manager wasn’t helpful at all, pretty much blamed me for not calling sooner and the best they could do was a trashy discount on my next purchase. No thanks. Don’t go here if you don’t like super doughy food and don’t get your money’s worth. Trash.
