Taco Bell Cantina

As someone not from the area, they are only allowed to sell alcohol freezes until 10pm. They were good, but it's not premixed, it's just add warm alcohol to the freeze so your freeze melts pretty quickly. If I'd known that I coulda walked across street and pick up some of my own. Other then that, nice place, people seemed nice.

Appeared to have fairly new staff. Watching kitchen staff prepare and deliver food to customers was like watching chimps at the zoo. Don't get me wrong, they were friendly and courteous but when you look like you might be stoned out of your head and waiting on people, it's hard not to appear like...nevermind, the place is alright. It's state street!

My girlfriend and I had never been to the Cantina before and we thought that we would give it a try. We ordered our food on the self order kiosk and we sat down to wait for our food. The guy yelling out names was barely understandable and when I realized it was my name he was calling out I sprung up to get my food and thanked him. As he was walking away he made a passive aggressive remark to the tune of "self order means you wait for your food" that really rubbed me the wrong way. I sit down to eat and they had forgot my soft taco. I went up to get the rest of my order and both cooks tried to tell me what my order was and they were both wrong. Finally the manager came and fixed the problem but the two cooks working were completely rude and I'm not gonna support a business that's rude to people. Do better Taco bell Cantina.

Went to Taco Bell with a hankering for tacos, was told by employee blowing cigarette smoke into my face out front that they were not "taking orders." I was confused by the fact that there were at least 15 other patrons in the restaurant. I met my friends who were already inside and proceeded to watch the employee lock the front door behind them when returning from their smoke break. Locking confused patrons both outside and inside the restaurant. The employee became visibly upset when asked by customer inside the restaurant if they could leave. Due to the off putting atmosphere we took the opportunity to make our escape as well, not looking forward to the prospect of being locked inside a Taco Bell should the worker decide they weren't going to unlock the door for future requests.

came in at 11:30, midway through ordering the manager comes up and cancels the order on my screen and says he's not doing it. very unprofessional and not surprised as he has been an ahole before. im sorry but if im in your restaurant ordering, you don't come up and cancel my order. I've ran a restaurant and i would never think of doing that.
