I visited around 8:30 May 4, 2022. The drive through was backed up, I heard people complaining outside as I walked in. The woman I assume was the manager was doing an amazing job, she took my order and prepared it all while attempting to motivate the other employees. Stress was high and she was nothing but kind and accommodating. She’s deserves better help than that.

Last time I rolled thru the drive thru, at 8pm a man came out hollering, waving his hands saying "We're not taking any more orders. Short staffed!" Very rude. Being short staffed is a perfectly good reason to shut down early. I get it. Today I rolled through again at 8:30, the woman taking orders was so very kind. Stellar customer service. Just wanted to say kindness goes a long way. Thank you to the lovely lady taking great care of Arbys customers tonight, March 10th. Just her attitude was a huge turn around for this business. She is a great hire :)

Wish general manager Camarie Wheeler would employ better individuals. Waiting even further back in a long line of cars because no where on your building does it say drive through only, IN FACT it has numerous signs depicting walk-in guide lines and mask requirement. Does this mean masks are required in the drive through since you’re seating is closed? Gave the store two rings with none of the employees picking up, so instead they get a poor review rather than a heads up on their oversight. 6:15 11/3/2020. Update 5min later: pull up to order my food and I can’t see half of the items, so I haven’t even gotten my food yet and I’ve experience poor information, poor communication, and poor upkeep of their facility. I know it’s “fast food” but it hasn’t been this bad before!
