Huddle House

Horrible first and the last time I eat at this huddle house should've knew when there was one person seated was indecisive so I figured couldn't go wrong with grilled cheese and bacon my bacon was basically right out of the pack with a tiny bit of heat my grilled cheese was barely warm cheese not fully melted I should've asked for my money back but I took the loss and lesson learned roller hotdog would've been better

Was disappointed with the service and the food. I should have checked the reviews before going in but I never had any issues with previous Huddle Houses. They only had one waitress and one cook on duty although the place was not busy at all. I think there were 3 other people other than me in the restaurant. Which should have given me a clue right off the bat. Ordered the Chicken fried steak. The gravy was not thick at all. Texas toast was cold, baked potato was very small. Had to get up and remind the waitress to bring me my salad. She didn't once checked on me the entire meal. Although she was very friendly, she was too busy attending to other things in the kitchen. Recommend going across the street to eat at other restaurants that are available.

I was acknowledged as I walked in and they told me to sit anywhere. There were three other tables with customers in about two or three dirty tables. It took the one gal about 10 minutes to even come to my table. By then I was ready to order and I asked for water to go with my meal. It only took about 10 to 12 minutes for my food to come out. It was brought by a different girl with my ticket and without my water. When they bring your ticket with your meal that means they're pretty much done with you for the day. Although she did bring me my water. I don't expect the waitress to come back every 5 minutes and see how I'm doing but at least one courtesy check would be appreciated. Lucky they did not clean off the tables yet because I went and swiped my own bottle of ketchup. I could understand if it was extremely busy but there was only two other tables present and by the time I was done they had both left. One courtesy check would it least earned you a better tip. The food was good it was some sort of pulled pork potato egg cheese thing. But then again I was hungry so I pretty much would have ate anything. just because you're at a truck-stop doesn't mean to driver needs poor service. Remember without us you wouldn't have anything on your tables.

Not good. Only 1 person on staff on the floor. Took 15 min before my order was put in and was only 3 in restaurant. Alot of drama going on at counter. Cook had to deliver my food to me. Waitress never checked on me once or brought the bill. Had to just leave the money on the table finally. Good thing I'm honest. Could have easily walked out without paying. Shouldn't have paid anyway. Bad service and food!!!!

Very poor service!!! I waited for about 15 minutes before someone noticed me sitting at a table. Folks came in after I did, received friendly service, got their food in no time. When the waitress finally came to my table, she took my order. I waited a long time before I got my food. Another group of folks came in after I did, got their meal and still I had no food. What I ordered was simple and does not take long at all to prepare. Breakfast. I waited over 30 minutes and told another waitress that folks came in after I did but got waited on and their food before I received mine. Some how, as I was told, my ticket got misplaced. It looked like it was in the garbage can. When they brought my food to the table, my waffles were burnt and they put an ice cream scoop of butter on the waffles. The toast tasted stale. The preparation of my food was horrible. I was in awe and shocked at how I was treated and I went in there with a friendly smile and good attitude. Left out dissatisfied. I have no desires to eat there again. Never in my life have I been treated like I was today. It would have been different if I was rude to them and had an attitude but I didn't. They need better workers who enjoy doing what they get paid to do!!!

This place has the worse service ever. Waited on someone you take our order. The waitress instead was cleaning off a table while we waiting for. No other customers was waiting for a table so I feel like we should've been having our order taking. A elderly couple had been waiting on their order that they had places for over 45 mins. We all got up and left and found another place to eat at. Worse services ever. Need a better waitress and cook. Cook out having conversation with a trucker. So mother professional. 8/31/2018

Terrible experience. They were out of hamburger,cheese, potatoes,chili,ECT. Waitress took our Togo order. We ordered and told her seperate checks.I paid with a debit card as soon as I placed order plus tip. She had rang it as one check. We waited 30 minutes.No food. Waitress was sitting eating her food talking on her phone. Food came out about 25 minutes later. Gross, burnt, slopped together. Candy, the other waitress was wonderful. I gave her the nasty food. She refunded my money.
