Subway

I am a bit disappointed twice I ordered sandwiches via subway app and two times my sandwich was made incorrectly. The first time I ordered a 6” veggie patty sub it came with all the veggies no patty and no cheese. So basically I was served a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Three weeks later I tried again once again I ordered a 6” veggie patty sub. The bread was so hard and stale that I could bang it on my desk. I called the subway @ 613 Boston Post Rd Madison CT. The woman that answered said “The bread was not stale it was toasted.” I did not check off toasted and even checked the receipt. The sandwich was hard stale, slimy and not edible. Do not go here. I honestly believe the person making the sandwich cannot read and when I called both times they did not seem to care.

If you have one foot in the fire and another in a bucket of ice, on average you're pretty good. The service at this Subway fits the metaphor. Some people are good, but some regular employees seem annoyed that you are interrupting their free time. I've gotten enough sullen stares and slow, reluctant service that I'm not going back. But, hey, maybe you'll get lucky.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for lunch. One a BLT and the other a Falalfel. To start they did not have the right bread for the falafel or the 6 inch bread for the BLT. When we got the sandwiches we grabbed a bag of chips and jumped in the car. Opening our sandwiches we found the Bacon was raw. Usually subway has precooked bacon but this one did not for some reason. The falafels in the falafel sandwich had the consistency of sawdust and was as dry. To cap off the entire experience the chips we bought were out dated and stale. While not having the type of bread is not a big deal this particular subway usually is out of ingredients. You are better off getting on the highway and stopping at the subway at the nearby service plaza

Ordered a footlong sub with veggies. Had to repeat order after the guy forgot some of the veggies. Guy was very sparing on the veggies, put three jalapenos per 6 inch. Told him i wanted spicy mustard, and then he started to put regular mustard. I tried to stop him but he said it was spicy mustard. Later realized his mistake and put some on the outside of the sandwich after it was folded.

Can’t understand English well after telling them my order THREE TIMES!! every time I go they give you ONE NAPKIN when headquarters manifests there should be two (I used to manage a subway) and today I’m here in my lunch break and see a bug in the cookie box!! Go elsewhere if you can, unfortunately I don’t have a choice because I work near here. You’re not missing much but a bunch of foreigners not knowing what the hell is going on!!
