Jimmy's Bbq

We were already fans of Jimmy's BBQ, so we decided to have them cater our wedding. Best decision ever!! They were professional, communicative, and the food was to die for. Our guests said it was some of the best wedding food they've ever had, and I agree. Thank you so much for making our special day even better!

Usually I love Jimmy's bbq but today I got hoodwinked, took, or beat when I ordered my food the ribs were nice and meaty very well flavored. I also ordered some food to go, I wanted a whole slab but they only had half so I took it. The meat was burned to the bone I don't think I had 3 whole bones although it appeared to be six very very tiny bones mind you everybody pays the same . They should have never sold them to me I drove 40 minutes to malvern just for bar b que and brought my friend and got beat so it will be a long time if ever I go back I feel like I gave my money away in this very ruff economy. I am very disappointed in Jimmy and I will not ever trust the food I will always from now on check the appreance of my food before I leave so I do not have to write the sad truth of my food. . Yes I will be hunger later but I will need to find something else to eat I cant eat those burnt ribs

Almost perfect. Loved the smell of smoke as you walked in the door. The brisket was a tad dry because it was so lean, must have been from the flat. I personally prefer the extra fatty point, but the flavor profile was smokey with a hint of spicy. All three sauces were very good and they spanned the range from spicy, to bold, to vinegary. That was a thoughtful touch to provide that variety. The ribs were excellent. A nice flavorful almost bark on the outside, juicy on the inside. And they had that competition quality bite to them. You could easily bite right through but they did not just fall oth the bone. Delicous. And the half rack was huge. More than enough for two. Mac and cheese was good but not earth shattering, but I did very much enjoy the smoked beans.. Wonderful flavor and richness. Definitely a repeat next time I am in town...
