Clean, polite staff, food good and not unreasonably priced. But there was little atmosphere. Possibly because I was the last person to be served with food. Several people turned away when told they were not serving anymore food at the moment

Mouth watering food and super friendly and fast staff. I chose the burger option 'Meet The Beef' from the menu - very wisely so. A huge burger with just about the equivalent in pulled brisket beef heaped on too. Only much a shame I couldn't stay round for longer as was in the middle of a long cycle ride at the time
A restaurant and chain I cannot recommend enough if you have one near to you.

After my train journey, I decided to have a quit bite to eat, I had this ultimate burger and it was amazing. Although I didn't finish it because I was full, I still love it.

I came here to celebrate my new job in June. I was by myself and was made to feel comfortable. Staff were super welcoming to me. They made sure everything was perfect for me and kept refilling my drinks consistently. Thank you to all the staff who were working on this particular morning. I have placed several food deliveries with them also and its always been perfect

Nice place. Service is fast and waiters are friendly. Had a small hick up with my food as I am a picky eater. The waiter didn’t know exactly what was in the tacos.
Beth was amazing but the star was JD. He quickly realized that I wasn’t eating trying to pick out the food and came to ask although he wasn’t serving me.
He got my order the way I liked it and made sure it was done fast.

I only popped in here for a drink at the bar before catching a train but it was quite an enjoyable experience, and I’ll be returning. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the prices were good considering the location and sitting at the bar there was a good atmosphere and it was a relaxing retreat from the main terminal area. Great spot!

Quick and friendly service. Breakfast menu was a little limited but what we had was nice and reasonably priced for Manchester Piccadilly station. Would go again.

Quick, friendly efficient service.
I had only an hour before my train arrived so I was worried about not having enough time for my food.
Staff were understanding , ensured my food was served quickly and still of the highest quality.
