i saw another review saying they wish they could leave a 0 star rating. I AGREE COMPLETELY. this was hands down the worst chinese food i ever had in my life. the crab rangoon have about a penny size worth of cream cheese in them, and they were overcooked. SADLY that was the best part of our meal. the general gaus chicken, was horrific, it didnt even taste like chicken, and the sauce was gross. we also got plain lo mein, how do you mess up PLAIN LO MEIN! it had a weird flavor to it, almost as if some horrible sauce was on it. the peking ravioli were overcooked, didnt taste great but i was able to eat a few. oh and it came with fried rice. i took one bite and it wasnt horrible, but dont take my word for it since i barely had any. i reccomend staying FAR AWAY from this place. there surely is better options elsewhere. i wouldnt order this food for my worst enemy. horrible. I usually only leave somewhat positive reviews but this place has been on my mind since we ordered it 3 days ago. i cant stop thinking about how bad it was. hell you would be better off going to market basket and buying frozen chinese food and microwaving it.

I wish I could rate a zero on this. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, even if you look up pictures of bamboo garden sweet and sour chicken it shows you pictures of normal sweet and sour chicken. They sent me 2 buckets of chicken fingers and 2 giant tubs of sweet and sour sauce on the side. When I asked them about it they said that's how they have done it for 30 years. So not only did I lose out on $40 and go hungry but they did not care at all. I suggested they put on their menu that the sauce is on the side, and they did not care to take that suggestion either.

My review 2022: my husband and I got food poisoning. We are still puking. Called to let them know and they didn’t do anything about it. I really wanted to give them a second chance and they failed again. My review from 2 years ago: 2/5 stars This is my family's go to place. Love the food and typically the service. I guess we had an off day today when I ordered my usual and gave me a wrong dish. Staff tried arguing with me that chow mein never comes with noodles when the last several times I have eaten here it did..... After arguing with me they "traded" my meals. So hopefully that doesn't go to another customer! I also gave specific clear instructions on delivery but was still called to come outside because they couldn't find my place.

Online ordering went smoothly, and was happy to learn you can pay with CC at the door for delivery. Food was bland, but meal quickly hit one star when I bit down on a thin strip of steel. Looked to be a piece of steel wool. Not risking ingesting metal shards and only got a few bites out of my meal. A restaurant to avoid.

This is usually my Go to Place for pad Thai, Amongst other things. I Love their food. BUT I ordered last night For the First time in a Long time And My pad Thai was Literally Rice noodles and 8 tiny pieces of their pork ribs. NOT ONE VEGETABLE And NO sauce. I asked for Extra Duck sauce for My large Order of Chick fingers and the lady said “I give you 2”! I was Cool with that! BUT She gave me 2 packets..PACKETS! Like soy sauce packets!! I posted a pic!

I’m super disappointed in this place lately. I used to really like it but I never get my order correct, and I just tried to call to place an order and pay over the phone and they told me I cannot do that so they canceled my order since I didn’t have time before they closed to go back to get my card. This place has gone way down hill. Who doesn’t take payment over the phone? Seriously? It’s 2022. Will not be back again.
